| Mutton Biriyani Ingredients Basmati Rice- 1Kg (5 cups) Mutton- 1Kg Oil- 200gm Cardomon- 2 inches Cloves- 5 Bay leaf-3 Cinnamon-3 Onion-1/4 Kg Tomato-1/4 Kg Garlic- 50 gm Ginger-30gm Mint leaves-1 Bunch Coriander leaves-1 Bunch Lemon-1 Green chillies-5 Curd-1 Cup Red Chilli powder-25 gm Turmeric Powder-1 tsp Salt to taste Preparation Take oil in the pressure cooker add Cardamon, cloves, cinnamon,and Bay leaf fry for two mins and add onion fry deep brown add ginger and garlic-paste and fry for two mins and then add tomato, green chillies, Mint leaf, coriander leaves, and add mutton and stir well for few seconds and then add lime juice, curd and salt to taste, then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and add 8 cup of water and then close the pressure cooker steam the mutton for one whistle and then open the pressure cooker and add rice then close it and steam it for two minutes (don’t put whistle ) then open the cooker stir it well and then close the mouth of the cooker with cotton cloth and then close it with lid of the cooker (don’t put whistle) wait for ten minutes in sim fire .
